Firt of all, happy 4th of July to everyone who celebrates it! Tonight, I am going to a small party with some friends to celebrate. We are going to bascially have a cook out. We will have hotdogs, hamburgers, etc. We are just going to play some games, eat, and generally just try to have a good time. I do not know if we are going to go watch fireworks or not.

I actually got to sleep in today, so I am feeling very refreshed and ready to go. I sort of worked out this morning with a friend. Then we decided to get a frisbee game going at 2 o'clock. That was not to bright of us to have a game going at that time in the afternoon. It was so nice the last couple of days, so we thought we could get away with it. Well, guess what? Summer is back, and it was terribly hot. Plus it was only a 3 vs. 3 game, so a couple of were running a lot. I am usually assigned to that task because I run around in frisbee, sometimes for no purpose, but today the heat made me so lethargic. I just wanted to lie down and not move, but I had to run anyway. It was a pretty fun game (well two games), until I decided to dive for a touchdown. I was so happy I scored until a couple of minutes later I realized my right side was hurting a lot. Apparently, I skinned up my side diving. Sometimes I have no brains because I basically dove on hard dirt instead of grass. Luckily it was not bad or deep (just hurts and stings a lot). We stopped when my friend said he was feeling overheated.

In other news, I found out that I will actually get to shadow a doctor. I am really excited about this because it is my dream to be a doctor. I don't know what type yet (pediatrics, oncology, who knows). Basically, I get to follow her around and learn what she and the other doctors do on a daily basis. I think it will be fun to get some first hand experience.

I know I forgot something, but it doesn't really matter. So, that's all for now. Time to clean myself up.
